Job Description

This is a remote position. Role Overview We are looking for a QA Analyst with hands-on experience in test automation to strengthen our quality assurance function. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual tests to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our SaaS platform. As we scale our test automation, this role will involve manual testing alongside developing automated tests for stable and high-impact workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based SaaS applications. Perform manual testing for new features, complex workflows, and exploratory scenarios. Review product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases . Execute regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across releases. Validate data accuracy and integrity across business-critical workflows. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution of issues. Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation effectiveness. Contribute to test documentation and QA best practices. Requirements Qualifications 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance , with a strong focus on test automation. Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress . Experience testing web-based SaaS products . Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test design techniques and defect lifecycle. Basic experience with API testing (e.g., Postman). Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines . Working knowledge of SQL for data validation. Exposure to life sciences, supply chain, or regulated enterprise software. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
