As a CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of education. **Key Responsibilities** As a CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Personalizing Learning**: Commit to personalizing learning for all students, demonstrating a belief in their ability to succeed and meet high expectations. * **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery, augmenting course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools. * **Grade Book Management**: Maintain grade book ensuring student academic integrity, make student placement and promotion decisions, and alert administrators to concerns about student performance and progress. * **Test Preparation**: Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests, understanding that a primary responsibility is to establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicate with and respond to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner. * **Virtual Classroom Support**: Support learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment that is in line with academy policies and procedures. * **Professional Development**: Collaborate regularly with the school and national professional learning community, maintaining and effectively applying knowledge of the State, National, and Industry Specific learning standards. * **Assessment Administration**: Administer and proctor certification assessments where applicable, serving as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization. * **Business and Industry Partnerships**: Support CTE Program Coordinator/school/program with creating business and industry partnerships to help navigate work-based learning experiences for students. * **Project-Based Learning**: Support a project-based learning model, ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Minimum Qualifications**: + Bachelor's degree + Active state teaching license + Ability to clear required background check * **Other Required Qualifications**: + Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions. + Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers. + Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. + Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms. + Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs, and curriculum. * **Desired Qualifications**: + Experience working with proposed age group. + Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology. + Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment. + Experience with online learning platforms. **Benefits** As a CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * **Competitive Salary**: A competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications. * **Opportunities for Growth**: Opportunities for growth and professional development, including regular coaching and training. * **Flexible Work Arrangements**: Flexible work arrangements that allow you to balance your work and personal life. * **Collaborative Work Environment**: A collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork. * **Recognition and Rewards**: Recognition and rewards for your hard work and contributions to the team. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for education, we want to hear from you!
