As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
