Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we are committed to helping our customers achieve their goals. **Primary Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Call Center, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming Medicare Supplement calls in accordance with quality standards to provide information to agents/insured about the status of a policy or any other question they may have. * Placing outgoing calls to provide or obtain information. * Documenting all calls while in progress using the online documentation program. * Transferring or referring misdirected calls to the appropriate individual, department, or offices outside the company, using approved transfer and referral techniques. * Processing customer requests using internal and client-mandated procedures. * Producing correspondence to customers using approved letters.
