Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for participating in a variety of activities, including: * Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews * Completing written and oral instructions to ensure a thorough understanding of the discussion topics * Completing written surveys provided for each panel to provide valuable feedback * MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date * Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop * Access to a reliable internet connection * A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above * The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently **Benefits** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Flexibility to take part in discussions online or in-person * No commute needed if you choose to work from home * No minimum hours, allowing you to work part-time or full-time * The opportunity to enjoy free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback of their products * The chance to review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public **Compensation** As a valued member of our team, you will be compensated for your participation in our focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.
