Junior Customer Success Associate Role: Customer Success Associate (Entry-Level) Location: Remote Type: Full-time Experience Level: 0–1 year (Recent graduates welcome) Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 USD About Meera.ai Meera.ai is an AI-powered conversation platform helping sales and support teams in high-volume industries improve outreach and engagement. We work with companies in sectors like education, insurance, lending, and home services-where outbound communication drives growth. We’re growing quickly and looking to build the next generation of Customer Success talent to support onboarding, adoption, and customer experience. About the Role This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who wants to break into Customer Success in SaaS. You’ll work closely with Senior CSMs to support customer onboarding, communication, and ongoing account management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple tasks without dropping details. What You’ll Do Support onboarding of new customers alongside Senior CSMs Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption, and engagement Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-ups Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar tools) with accurate data Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance Help prepare materials for check-ins and QBRs What We’re Looking For 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count) Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data and identifying patterns Fast learner with a proactive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus (Nice to Have) Internship or exposure to SaaS, customer-facing roles, or startups Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel/Google Sheets Interest in AI, automation, or customer experience Experience with communication tools (email, chat, CRM workflows) What Success Looks Like Clear and professional communication with both internal teams and customers Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks without errors Quick ramp-up on tools, processes, and product knowledge High attention to detail in CRM updates and follow-ups Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately Hiring Focus We are specifically hiring for candidates who demonstrate: Excellent communication skills Strong multitasking ability High accuracy and attention to detail Analytical thinking and problem-solving Fast learning ability Interview Process Round 1: Cultural fit with HR Round 2: Interview with director of operations Round 3: Final interview with COO Why Work at Meera AI?
