The University of Miami/UHealth Central Business Office has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Revenue Cycle Trainer to work in Miami, FL. The Revenue Cycle Trainer, supports the daily operations of professional development and training by assessing needs, developing plans, and delivering and evaluating training and development activities. Assess educational needs through appropriate independent methods or collaborating with Revenue Cycle operational owners to close gaps in knowledge and performance. Design, develop and facilitate new hire training as well as ongoing, refresher, coaching or ad hoc training for Revenue Cycle staff members. Develop, customize and maintain learning tools used to train staff members on operational and system workflows, including presentations, webinars, and written materials/documents. Identify and implement improvements to learning solutions (materials, techniques, curricula, etc.) to enhance learning effectiveness and business impact. Identify and develop competencies for staff and update leadership team of their employees’ skill after each training session. Support the analysis of quality audit findings in identifying key issues, trends and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities. Monitor and assist in process and problem resolution, integrating efforts with training needs and quality monitoring. Serve as subject matter expert to keep the staff current on processes and guidelines. Maintain product knowledge expertise including new rollouts, upgrades and enhancements. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Certification in relevant specialty or field Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
