In the role of Director, Commercial Management , you will join Paul G Meuli and the Commercial Management, Retail Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, winning together. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of priority Retail transformation initiatives aligned to Personal Banking strategy Own the planning, sequencing and delivery roadmap to simplify banker experience and ways of working Drive improved banker capability and tools to support better customer conversations and outcomes Partner with senior leaders across Retail, Technology, Data, Finance and Risk to deliver agreed outcomes Ensure delivery discipline, managing dependencies and risks to achieve milestones and benefits We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need: Significant experience delivering complex change in Retail or Banking environments, with a strong product background Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, colleague and business outcomes Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions Proven strength in planning, prioritisation and execution across multiple initiatives Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline (preferred) We respectfully ask candidates to hold any questions for the phone interview, where we’ll discuss the role in detail and answer any questions.
