As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and our people make all the difference in our success. If you're genuinely interested in helping people at critical points in their lives, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative on our PBM team, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits and mail-order pharmacies. * Handling an average of 70-80 calls daily, taking calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens. * Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment to ensure a smooth onboarding process. * Resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and one-call resolution. * Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of customer service experience. * A dedicated workspace with no distractions. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills. * The ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with difficult situations. * A willingness to foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience. * Computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook. * Ability to adapt to new technology and systems. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
