With hub locations in Cambridge, ON, Canada, Dallas, TX, USA, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, we're committed to delivering smiles and satisfaction to the continuum of care through our all-in-one foodservice management technology. **A Day in the Life as a Customer Support Specialist** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers, meeting their needs and objectives * Being the point of contact for internal and external users, fielding support calls, chats, and emails * Managing incoming queries, prioritizing tickets, reassigning based on subject and skill level, and updating and tracking assigned tickets * Improving our technology by troubleshooting reported issues, creating defects for product review, and participating in software/hardware testing * Continuing to grow professionally by researching and consulting manuals and training material for self-guided continued learning **If You're the Right Fit** We're looking for someone with: * Experience in the foodservice, acute care, or tech industry * 1-3 years of direct experience in customer support roles * A foodservice certification, such as Food Service Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietician, Dietary Technician, Hospitality Manager, or equivalent * Experience with Customer Success Management tools, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or other foodservice tech software * Exceptional flexibility in stressful situations and the ability to thrive under pressure * A passion for investigating issues, solving highly analytical problems, and finding resolutions * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics easily and succinctly * A keen eye for detail and a willingness to occasionally travel * A commitment to working in an agile environment that encourages team collaboration and communication **Why Join arenaflex?** We're a company that values teamwork, innovation, and sustainability.
