We're constantly experimenting and innovating to deliver personalized experiences, drive engagement, and reactivate users. Our team is pioneering the use of generative AI models and agentic tools to empower marketers, and we're looking for a Senior Applied Scientist to join us on this exciting journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Applied Scientist, you'll be responsible for: * Initiating and driving applied science initiatives to completion, with a focus on business impact * Architecting and deploying machine learning systems to production * Designing and executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data to characterize our product and marketing * Analyzing a wide variety of data, including structured and unstructured, observational and experimental * Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and economists to use sound statistical practices * Maintaining the right balance between speed of execution and scientific rigor when designing solutions * Technical mentorship of other applied scientists **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience developing production-grade machine learning models * Ability to effectively read, write, and debug code in programming languages such as Python * Good knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, optimization, and causal inference * Experience with technical mentorship of other applied scientists * Demonstrated ability to create and drive technical and impactful roadmaps for the business, and lead seamless execution * Ability to break down complex problems rigorously and understand the tradeoffs necessary to deliver impactful projects * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to cross-functional partners of various technical levels **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Diversity and Inclusion**: arenaflex is committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of our users.
