We're seeking an experienced QA & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Tustin, CA. As a key member of our arenaflex Store, you'll play a vital role in overseeing quality assurance activities, managing inventory and order processes, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position that combines customer support, logistics coordination, and quality control to maintain product reliability and enhance overall customer satisfaction. **Job Summary:** As a QA & Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating customer support initiatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries * Managing order and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control * Collaborating with purchasing and supplier teams to support contracts and optimize supplier management * Supporting logistics operations through effective materials handling and stocking practices * Facilitating communication across internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience * Conducting defective product analysis to identify issues and support quality assurance efforts * Performing product repairs and providing technical support as needed **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate customer support initiatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries * Manage order and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control * Collaborate with purchasing and supplier teams to support contracts and optimize supplier management * Support logistics operations through effective materials handling and stocking practices * Facilitate communication across internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience * Conduct defective product analysis to identify issues and support quality assurance efforts * Perform product repairs and provide technical support as needed **Essential Qualifications:** * Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills * Strong Analytical Skills * Excellent Communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Experience in the customer support or quality management field is a plus * Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of inventory management software and systems * Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
