We are hiring a Retirement Sales Coordinator who will support Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion, ensuring a smooth and compliant client experience. Responsibilities Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve 'not in good order' items Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as FireLight and RightBridge Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases Skills Series 6 & 63 licenses required Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Series 7 preferred Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred Sales retention experience a plus Benefits This role is eligible for the Annual Incentive Program.
