Responsibilities Handle inbound consumer calls related to Final Expense life insurance Educate clients on coverage options in a clear and compliant manner Guide customers through the application and enrollment process Document all client interactions accurately within company systems Follow all carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and state/federal insurance regulations Stay updated with product changes, CMS/carrier updates, and internal compliance guidance Manage assigned leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline Meet weekly performance, quality, and compliance expectations Deliver an empathetic, professional, trust-based customer experience Skills Active Resident State Life Insurance License (in good standing) Ability to obtain non-resident state licenses if required Authorized to work in the United States Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and virtual communication platforms Self-motivated and able to meet performance expectations consistently Prior Final Expense experience is helpful but not required Benefits W-2 Employment — Base Pay + Performance-Based Commissions Commission Structure: Tiered weekly commissions based on approved FE enrollments.
