Redcar is a venture-backed AI startup focused on revolutionizing the home services industry with its innovative Learning Voice AI technology. As a Founding SDR, you will lead outbound sales efforts and contribute to building the go-to-market strategy while engaging with business owners in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the 'boring' parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the 'missed call' crisis Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time Skills 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification Winner of President's Club, Winner's Circle, top of your cohort, etc Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 3 weeks PTO Unlimited sick days Company Overview Easiest way for B2B companies to scale their sales teams.
