Overview: M – F typical business hours (no weekend) fully remote after initial training Job Description Summary: Maintains the efficient flow of purchasing activities and acts as a liaison between the department and vendor representatives, communicating and resolving discrepancies that may occur. Job Description: Essential Functions: Resolves customer concerns or directs to appropriate department personnel Verifies availability of product or service and establishes delivery dates. Monitors inventory levels and initiates routine, rush, service, and procurement card orders. Confirms orders, details, and updates database discrepancies. Maintains and updates the MMIS system with vendor information and purchase order information. Processes returns and communicates with vendor, dock and customer. Education Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent, required.
