The Project Executive – Heavy Industrial role is built for a seasoned leader who owns both the relationships and the results on complex, high‑profile industrial work. In this role, you’ll serve as the executive face of the project—developing trusted, long‑term relationships with owners, engineers, and trade partners while leading pursuits and shaping preconstruction and construction strategies. From pursuit through closeout, you’ll ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence for everyone at the table. You’ll partner closely with legal, operations, and project teams to evaluate risk, negotiate smart contracts, and define the overall project approach. Once work is underway, you’ll set the standard for disciplined execution—ensuring the right systems, processes, and people are in place to deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and cost commitments while protecting margins and client trust. As a builder of teams, you’ll mentor senior leaders, assemble high‑performing project teams, and strengthen executive‑level relationships across architectural, engineering, and trade partner organizations. You’ll champion Integrated Lean Project Delivery and the Boldt Production System (BPS), using standard work, production planning, and performance visibility to drive predictable outcomes on complex industrial projects. You’ll lead like an owner—hands‑on with safety, relentless in planning, decisive in execution, and creative in solving challenges. Above all, you’ll leave projects, clients, and teams stronger than you found them—delivering heavy industrial work that reflects Boldt’s commitment to partnership, accountability, and long‑term success. The anticipated salary range for this position is $138,200 - $186,133 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. What You Bring Four‑year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience. Advanced management or technical training preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results. Proficiency in Microsoft O365. Valid driver’s license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).
