Evident Europe, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, employs approximately 770 people in 16 countries. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing sales in the geographic area of Eastern or Western Germany in the Material Science Business Line in Microscopy. Tasks Drive active sales across our full microscopy product portfolio. Independently manage your territory, including travel and customer engagement. Plan and execute customer visits and product demonstrations. Identify and develop new business opportunities, with or without marketing support. Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using our CRM system. Maintain accurate data on opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Actively looking for new accounts to stimulate the growth of region. Requirements A university degree, ideally technical field. Several years of relevant sales experience; microscopy knowledge is a plus in the industrial microscopy Strong technical understanding and a passion for complex technologies. A results-driven mindset with a love for selling and closing deals. Excellent self-organization and motivation. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
