Job Summary The role of the Due Diligence Associate is to ensure that all external (clients) and internal (Ethixbase 360) Remediation requests are resolved in a timely manner according to SLAs (service-level agreements) and deadlines that have been communicated by your team management. In carrying out these duties, the analyst is also expected to be able to understand the deployed Ethixbase platforms that they will be using, reporting defects for platform problems, as well as contributing to responding to client queries regarding the Remediation outcomes and processes. The ideal candidate for this position would be a candidate who is able to think logically and analytically for the research/remediation portion of the job as well as possess good language (English) and communication skills to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with the clients. What you will do Perform Remediation tasks, perform timely remediation (research related) tasks to remove false positives from IDD, IDD+ and OGM alerts against the ethiXbase platforms, and as requested by the clients. Where there is any doubt, escalate appropriately via line management for help. Own the resolution of client level 1 Remediation queries within the agreed first response timescales; working with other team members to see the tickets completed within the agreed SLA’s; Escalate appropriately within the team to L3 (IT) and through line management for high severity issues. Act as a liaison between client and other ethiXbase teams to update on progress of remediations, issue resolutions or new developments. Contribute to the knowledge base by creating new material and updating existing content Collaborate with the global Remediation and Research team by reaching out for help when needed; proactivity offering help, asking open questions to remove ambiguity and seek debate for improvement; delegating tasks when overloaded and seeking tasks when you have capacity Continuously learning by updating your knowledge on new ethiXbase products areas, and related external technologies; proactively keeping up to date with the latest development in the ethiXbase product suite; make line management aware of personal development goals Be an effective communicator by using clear and concise language with appropriate tone; presenting material both face to face and over screen shares; listening to the views of others, and adapting your own thinking based on their observations Work within the specified hours by being present and available during the course of any given working day Adhering to client and ethiXbase procedures by ensuring you have read and understood client and ethiXbase procedure documents; asking for clarification where the procedures are unclear. Who you are A person in this role would be expected to have the following: Educated to Degree level with preferably one-year relevant working experience in a Due Diligence, Compliance, Research or Writing related roles.
