If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn and grow with our team, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative – Driver Support at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing and verifying driver applications, background checks, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with arenaflex's onboarding standards. * Ensuring driver submissions are complete and accurate, and responding to any questions or concerns they may have during the application process. * Providing clear and accurate information regarding the onboarding process, program requirements, and account issues to drivers via phone, email, or chat. * Maintaining accurate records of driver interactions and status updates in our internal systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. * Collaborating with other departments to resolve escalated issues and improve onboarding workflows, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our drivers. **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or document processing. * Strong attention to detail and ability to review and verify sensitive information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Proficiency in using CRM systems, email platforms, and other common office tools to manage and track driver interactions. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands. * Friendly, patient, and committed to providing exceptional service to our drivers. **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, experience in transportation, gig economy, or driver onboarding support is a plus, as is bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
