We're committed to creating a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and fun. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for: * **Product Adoption**: Manage a book of restaurants and help them succeed in using our POS products and features through regular calls, guiding them to self-serve resources and tutorials, and ensuring seamless adoption. * **Upsell Opportunities**: Discover and capitalize on upsell opportunities by building long-term relationships with restaurant partners, identifying their needs, and recommending additional products and features. * **Customer Retention**: Assist key restaurant customers with issues, proactively check-in with restaurants to anticipate potential issues, and route them to the appropriate department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. * **On-Site Support**: Coordinate with local teams for on-site service, such as new installations or repairs, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues. **What You Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Bachelor's Degree**: A relevant field is highly preferred, but not required. * **2+ Years of Experience**: Relevant experience in customer success, sales, operations, or project management is required. * **Direct Experience**: Direct experience in a POS, restaurant, or SaaS industry is preferred, but not required. * **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in English, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese is required. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
