Our core values of People-Centric, Optimism, Excellence, Diversity, and Accountability guide our professionals in helping clients achieve their strategic goals for over 25 years. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims * Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers * Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documenting information, activities, and changes in the database * Thoroughly documenting inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis * Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner * Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues * Providing external and internal customers with requested information * Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature * Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting **Requirements:** * High School diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background * Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required; must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the insurance industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in customer service or a related field **Work Environment and Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
