Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our clients * Greeting customers and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor * Providing information about our products and services, and promoting new opportunities to existing and potential clients * Documenting and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Prospecting new clients and building relationships to drive business growth * Maintaining files and organizing documents to ensure efficient and effective operations * Selling insurance products and services to meet and exceed sales targets **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS** - Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to speak professionally over the phone * Positive and Professional Demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to Prioritize and Multitask with ease, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Reliable transportation to get to work, as our office is not located near public transportation * Customer Service Experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage in this role: * Insurance experience or knowledge of the industry * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
