With a team of dedicated professionals, we strive to deliver exceptional results, foster a culture of innovation, and promote a work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Summary** As an Admin 1 – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing your call queue, checking callbacks and voicemails for required return calls, and supporting the tasks of other departments when applicable. This role requires rotational weekends and holidays, and you will be working in a team environment, communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers. - Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. - Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins. - Work in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary. - Additional duties as assigned by leadership. **Minimum Requirements** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 0-2 years of experience. - Ability to commit to a one-month training of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST required. - Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST required. - Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays when required. **Home Office Requirements** - Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net). - Minimum 5mpbs upload speed. - Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. - Private work area and adequate power source. - Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US. **Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
