You'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Monitoring and moderating content across online platforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining a high level of quality. * Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Italian (C1-C2 level)**: As a native or fluent Italian speaker, you'll be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. * **English (B1+ minimum)**: You'll need to have good English skills to communicate with our international team and clients. * **EU citizenship or valid working visa**: You'll need to have the necessary documentation to work in Portugal or Greece. * **Strong communication and problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Customer-oriented attitude**: You'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services. * **Previous experience is a plus but not required**: While previous experience in customer support or content moderation is a plus, it's not essential.
