As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our passengers, 24/7. **Job Overview** As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers, providing accurate information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies, and resolving issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage.
