Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading cloud transformation projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with multi-disciplinary teams * Developing and implementing successful migration programs, shaping the Client Solutions Management capability and defining new processes, techniques, and tools * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business vision, culture, and processes, and ensuring their needs are accurately represented within arenaflex * Proselytizing arenaflex services and influencing clients to adopt the optimal solution at the right time, using your technical and business expertise to drive cloud adoption **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, technology, engineering, math, business, or related fields) * 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program delivery * Ability to work across wide functional groups, with a history of problem-solving and innovation in delivering technology projects * Business English language skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: * Knowledge of arenaflex services and solutions * Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous conditions, with a strong capacity for self-motivation and collaboration * Project management certification or training (PMP, Scrum, or Agile experience) **Why arenaflex?** arenaflex is a company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and work-life balance.
