Senior Content Marketing Manager Syntasa – Composable CDP & Data + AI Platform SYNTASA, a leader in applying AI/ML to big data in the marketing space, is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and creative marketer to write and produce a variety of content that drives thought leadership, awareness, demand, and adoption. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, continuous desire to learn, and project management skills. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team and work with industry leaders in applying AI/ML to big data in marketing.In this role, you will translate complex data, AI/ML, and cloud concepts into compelling stories that drive thought leadership, pipeline growth, and customer adoption. You’ll partner closely with internal teams across Commercial, Public Sector, and National Security, as well as Product, Sales, Consulting, and our strategic partners like Google Cloud. This is the ideal role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, technical depth, industry knowledge, and GTM execution. Key Responsibilities Multi-Sector Content Strategy Commercial: ROI-focused use cases and demand-gen assets for ecommerce, retail, telecom, media, and travel Public Sector: Trust-building whitepapers, RFP materials, and compliance content for government and universities National Security: Mission-aligned capability briefs for intelligence and defense agencies Full-Funnel Content Creation Produce content for every buyer journey stage: thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, GTM launch messaging, executive LinkedIn content, event scripts, product announcements, email sequences, and landing pages. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product to understand Composable CDP architecture, AI/ML models, and sector features Develop sales materials including pitch decks, capability briefs, battlecards, and talk tracks Collaborate with Consulting to gather customer insights and use-case proof points Support Google Cloud partner initiatives including co-marketing, events, and joint content Sales Enablement & Solutions Build sector-specific solution pages, one-pagers, and narrative frameworks Transform deployments into case studies across verticals Maintain up-to-date sales asset library and support ABM campaigns with tailored content Performance Measurement Track engagement metrics, lead and pipeline contribution, sales feedback, asset usage, and SEO performance. Required Qualifications Exceptional writing and storytelling ability—comfortable creating clarity from complexity Ability to explain big data, AI/ML, customer intelligence, cloud pipelines, identity resolution, and security concepts 5–7 years B2B content marketing experience in SaaS, cloud, analytics, AI, martech, or adjacent domains Proven track record producing diverse B2B content formats across multiple stages of the buyer journey Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills Experience working across Commercial, Public Sector, and National Security teams with different compliance needs Fast learner with entrepreneurial problem-solving approach Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent experience Bonus Points Familiarity with Google Cloud ecosystem, cloud data architectures, or CDP frameworks Knowledge of SEO, CMS tools, landing page optimization, analytics, and marketing automation
