Skilled at conducting gap and root-cause analysis and successfully communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences. Experienced defining and executing test strategies for configurations that provide business solutions including creating and documenting standard operating procedures and/or incident response steps that are clear and repeatable. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in decision making while consistently delivering high-quality, timely results amid competing priorities. Proven ability taking initiative as a self-starter by actively leveraging available resources and continual learning.
