Description: CTG is seeking to fill a Benchling Consultant - LIMS & GxP position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 8 months Key Highlights Hands-on Benchling LIMS configuration, administration, and technical support role Work with advanced Benchling modules including Workflows, Schemas, Inventory, Registry, and Dashboards GxP-regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environment with strong validation and compliance focus Opportunity to drive system enhancements, workflow optimization, and platform scalability Key Responsibilities Configure, administer, and optimize Benchling LIMS platform components Build and enhance workflows, schemas, dashboards, and reporting templates Support system access control, security roles, and permissions management Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide technical Benchling support Translate business requirements into scalable Benchling solutions Support GxP validation activities including documentation and system change control Participate in ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes Collaborate with cross-functional scientific, QA, and IT teams Required Skills Benchling Administration and Technical Support experience Strong hands-on experience with Benchling LIMS configuration and customization Deep understanding of Benchling architecture and modules (Workflows, Schemas, Inventory, Registry, Dashboards) GxP and Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience Familiarity with QMS processes (CAPA, deviation management, change control) Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Preferred Skills Benchling platform certification (Admin or Specialist) Experience developing or extending Benchling features and functionality Ability to author/review GxP validation documentation Strong SME-level understanding of Benchling solutions and scientific workflows Experience Proven Benchling LIMS administration or technical support experience Experience working in regulated GxP environments Prior involvement in system configuration, enhancement, or implementation projects Life Sciences / Pharma informatics experience strongly preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
