Assistant Supervisor - Text Processor This role supports in overseeing daily operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining service quality. In the absence of the Supervisor, the Assistant Supervisor assumes full responsibility for team supervision and decision-making aligned with company policies. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) during the Supervisor’s absence. Support and implement decisions made by the Supervisor in accordance with company policies. Monitor team performance and report any issues that may impact overall operations. Assist in resolving operational and team-related concerns, escalating when necessary. Help manage team members and Team Leads to ensure productivity and efficiency. Address CSR concerns and feedback through proper investigation and reprocessing when required. Process test decks received from the Development team. Send final Availity status reports by end of shift. Ensure proper continuation and endorsement of tasks from the Supervisor. Prepare and send manifests to clients as needed. Assist in TP validation processes. Ensure all accounts are completed and delivered on or before the required due time, especially during PM shifts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience handling team operations, escalations, and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines Willing to work on shifting schedules (PM shift) ** Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected. ***WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS*** Requires a stable primary internet connection of at least 50Mbps , Reliable backup connection to ensure continuity of remote work.
