Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a work environment that is fun, friendly, and collaborative. **Responsibilities** As a Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for: * Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service. * Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. * Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensuring seamless communication. * Representing our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. **Key Responsibilities Breakdown** * Provide top-notch customer service to our SEO clients and partners, resolving their concerns and ensuring a positive client experience. * Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. * Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensure seamless communication. * Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least six months of experience in customer service. * Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential. * Good English skills (for internal communication only). * Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs). * Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts. * Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards. * Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied. **Working Hours** As a remote contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection. Our working hours are: * 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday.
