We are proud to be a part of the arenaflex family and are excited to welcome you to our team! **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and their caregivers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism * Assisting with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems * Providing information and support for payroll-related inquiries * Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot * Excellent communication and active listening skills * Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution **Your Home Office Environment** As a remote employee, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that meets the following requirements: * Computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space * High-speed, hardwired internet * Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset * Webcam for certification experience **Flexible Scheduling** We understand that work-life balance is essential, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to our employees. You will be required to work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET, with 30-35 hours per week.
