You'll provide essential support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to navigate our programs. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and interact with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner * Provide information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws * Assist customers with program enrollment and route them to the appropriate contacts via three-way calls * Utilize multiple computer systems to access data and document information * Make outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers **Requirements** * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong active listening skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in PC skills, including the ability to quickly learn new computer applications * Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and professionalism * Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment **Your Home Office Environment** To ensure your success as a remote independent contractor, we require a dedicated home office environment that meets the following specifications: * Computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space * Up-to-date antivirus software and high-speed, hardwired internet * Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset * Webcam for certification experience **What We Offer** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * $13 per hour pay rate * Flexible scheduling with a self-scheduling platform * Opportunity to work 10-15 hours per week * One-on-one mentorship and free certification and ongoing development opportunities * Freedom and flexibility to choose your own schedule * NexRep Perks program with exclusive discounts and savings **Contract Details** As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and choose your own hours.
