If you're passionate about pets and pet health, and have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Role Purpose:** The Customer Experience Specialist role is a crucial part of our team, aiming to assist, delight, and reward our customers. Our goal is to retain and acquire customers by providing exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our brand values: Do Good, Show Empathy, and Spread Optimism. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing first-line response and timely resolution to customer inquiries via email and telephone * Proactively identifying patterns or trends to improve our processes and services * Continually learning and developing knowledge of our treatments and services to better serve our customers * Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs **Experience Required:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce experience is a plus) * Experience working in a remote environment * Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills * Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to take on additional tasks * Adequate uninterrupted working space at home * Bonus points for having your own cat or dog! **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Comprehensive private medical insurance, including alternative therapies, dental, optical, and mental health care * 20 days holiday and all UK public and bank holidays (pro-rata) plus your birthday off * Free arenaflex subscription for your pet **Workplace:** As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
