About the Role We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer to provide technical leadership to Premier customers around the world, ensuring their IT environments remain healthy, optimized, and aligned with Microsoft best practices. This role is highly consultative and focused on proactive engagement to help customers avoid future issues. As a Customer Engineer, you'll deliver a wide range of services including best practice guidance, risk assessments, support for migrations, as well as onsite, remote, and dedicated support services. Key Responsibilities M365 and SharePoint Administration: Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments. Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications. Technical Expertise: Handle important customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations. Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting Office applications, particularly Outlook. Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update. Office Product Management: Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions. Maintain software within fixed and modern lifecycle policies. Oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac. Migration and Upgrades: Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions. Transition customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps. Facilitate changes from MSI-based to C2R-based installations. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT. 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps. Proficiency in M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities. Experience with Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies. Experience with environment-specific scenarios involving third-party applications and add-ins. Preferred Skills We're looking for candidates with: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
