Overview Employer: Uber Technologies, Inc. Job Title: Project Manager, Tech Job Location: San Francisco, California Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $113,000 to $138,000 per year Responsibilities Design learning programs, build learning curriculum and catalog learning solutions. Develop interactive learning solutions through multiple delivery channels: synchronous and asynchronous, digital formats, hybrid and VILC. Develop visual and interactive video learning solutions using multiple tools. Support, develop, mentor, and evaluate Learning Design Specialists. Provide technical expertise to ensure successful program content, designs, and materials. Develop and implement a measurement process to evaluate effectiveness of training by reviewing learner feedback and testing data to address gaps as needed. Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Rise, and Storyline, including multimedia to improve learner experience. Deploy strategy to convert existing learning materials from ILT to VILT, eLearning or instructional videos. Review and evaluate existing programs to make recommendations for enhancements, revisions, and redesign. May telecommute. Qualifications Formal knowledge of instructional design and curriculum management. Experience working in an agile (SAM) and/or waterfall (ADDIE) design environment. Strong project management, organization skills and ability to work independently to achieve design target timelines under multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Rise and Storyline, including multimedia to improve the learners experience.
