Job Title Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related supply chain solutions for food and beverage manufacturers. This role is responsible for managing ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization. The Project Manager will work directly with client stakeholders and internal consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong project leadership, ERP implementation experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and supply chain. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation Facilitate project kickoff, status meetings, and executive steering committee updates Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders Define and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and go-live readiness Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful client sign-off Support change management and user adoption efforts Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders Manage post-go-live stabilization and transition to support Required Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations (Business Central or Dynamics NAV preferred) Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle and implementation methodologies Experience managing cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and supply chain Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including executive leadership Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing Familiarity with operational processes such as production, inventory, and supply chain planning Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) PMP or similar project management certification Experience working in a consulting or client services environment Travel A mix of remote work and client site visits depending on project phase About Adroit North America LLC Adroit is a technology consulting firm specializing in ERP, supply chain, and operational technology solutions for food and beverage manufacturers.
