Your focus will be on delivering guidance on best practices, performing risk assessments, supporting migrations, and providing both onsite and remote support services. **Key Responsibilities** • **Copilot for Security**: Develop and implement automated security solutions using AI-driven insights to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. • **Microsoft 365 Defender Management**: Manage, monitor, and configure Microsoft 365 Defender to protect against sophisticated threats across identities, endpoints, applications, and data. • **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**: Oversee the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection. • **Microsoft Purview Information Protection**: Develop and manage data protection strategies using Microsoft Purview to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information. • **Security for M365**: Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources. **Qualifications** • **Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT**: We're looking for experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of IT environments and security best practices. • **Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies**: You'll need to have hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD. • **Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat detection and response. • **Experience with data protection and compliance frameworks**: You'll need to have experience with data protection and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA. • **Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions. • **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. **Education** • **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field**: A degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. **What We Offer** • **Competitive salary range**: $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. • **Comprehensive benefits package**: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays. • **Opportunities for career growth and development**: We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers, with opportunities for training and professional development. • **Diverse and inclusive work environment**: We're proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
