Our commitment to innovation and people has earned us a reputation as a leader in the data and technology industry. **Job Description** As a Customer Success Representative – EES Verification Fulfillment, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clients * Providing service and platform training to clients * Consulting with clients on best Verification Fulfillment practices to achieve usage results * Coordinating handling of inquiries and disputes * Providing standard performance/usage reports * Coordinating internal support resources to solve identified concerns * Cross-collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments * Being a client advocate to address issues * Joining meetings to serve as Verification Fulfillment subject matter expert * Collaborating with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new business * Grasping new technologies and learning a new business **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications** * Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing multiple work items * Ability to remain flexible and comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment * Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to interpret data and present professional content to stakeholders **Essential Qualities** * Collaborative – partnering skills including with fellow team members, peers, and stakeholders; connect ideas across internal and external opportunities * Creative and Curious – challenge traditional approaches, inquisitive with an interest in looking for new opportunities * Determined and Disciplined – optimistic about what can be; persistent, looks for high levels of activity, demonstrate a fierce commitment to challenging the status quo **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a data and technology industry * Knowledge of Verification Fulfillment practices and industry trends * Strong understanding of data and analytics principles * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools **What We Offer** * Lucrative overachievement plan * Experian Elite – Annual trip for Top Performers * 15 days of vacation accrual annually, five sick days, two volunteer days * Wellness plans, online discounts, employee discounts, pet insurance, and more * Employee stock purchase program and 401K matching and immediate vesting * Fully remote role **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
