Our Corporate Business Services team in Bucharest is a hub of activity, with over 800 colleagues working together to deliver exceptional results in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel, and Service Management. **The Role** As a Customer Data Analyst with French language skills, you'll be an integral part of our Sales Department, working closely with our colleagues to receive and process accurate CarForms. Your expertise will be essential in proposing solutions to improve processes, correcting and timely setup customer accounts, and conducting internal control processes to protect against fraud risk. You'll also be responsible for ensuring traceability of financial transactions, participating in auditing processes, and implementing action plans for non-compliance points. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cooperate with the Sales Department to receive and process accurate CarForms * Propose solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently * Correct and timely setup customer accounts (including creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation) * Conduct applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk * Check identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo) * Ensure traceability of financial transactions * Participate in auditing processes related to customer accounts, self-assessment of internal control implementation, and collaborate with auditors and internal controllers * Do implementation of action plans for internally identified non-compliance points * Issue reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars * Create missing procedures and update existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility **Essential Qualifications:** * Good knowledge of French (minimum B2) * Comfortable using English in a professional context * Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools * Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills * Team-worker attitude **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in data analysis and customer relationship management * Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in data analysis or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly * Strong team-player attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
