Our multi-channel automation saves consumers, carriers, brokers, and call centers time navigating Medicare complexities, improving member satisfaction and retention. **Job Summary** We're seeking an Experienced Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key support function, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our Customer Success Team, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and driving issue resolution. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Providing administrative and technical support to our Customer Success Team, including scheduling, preparing information, monitoring timelines, and attending meetings * Providing customer service via telephone, support tickets, and email, assisting with outbound customer communications as instructed * Handling customer inquiries and resolving support inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses on the status of requests * Coordinating with customers to gather additional information, if required, and managing inquiries through successful completion * Assisting with data file collection, validation, and issue resolution * Assisting with customer electronic enrollment files and export file implementation and issue resolution * Performing quality assurance on enrollment forms for clients, testing data flows, data mapping, checking rates against PDF files, etc. * Creating and maintaining documentation of current and future processes, developing testing cases, and testing scripts * Communicating effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution * Working as a team in a fast-paced environment * Performing data entry of client data * Performing other customer service or administrative duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field * Experience working directly with customers in a client service capacity * Experience in using software reporting tools * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Self-starter with the ability to manage to deadlines with little to no direct supervision * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task * Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively * General technical knowledge needed to support customers * Collaborative team player with a quick learning ability * Proficiency in MS Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Medicare/Insurance/Health Care knowledge (not required but a plus) * Success working in a team environment * Prioritization savvy – ability to determine appropriate priorities, responsive to urgent requests, and ability to escalate as appropriate **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages creative expansion and growth.
