If you're a customer success enthusiast with a passion for solving complex problems, we'd love to hear from you. **The Customer Success Team** Our Customer Success Team is dedicated to cultivating and expanding customer relationships, ensuring our clients maximise the benefits of arenaflex's transformative technology. As a Customer Success Professional, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers, developing account strategies with Sales, and delivering cross-functional success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage a portfolio of arenaflex customers, ensuring success through adoption and goal achievement * Develop account strategies with Sales, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering cross-functional success * Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to our customers, optimising product usage and addressing customer challenges * Oversee renewals, identify risks/opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and assess customer health using metrics and usage stats * Mentor Customer Success Executives, lead internal projects, and promote arenaflex's industry leadership **What You'll Bring:** * Experience in the construction sector, particularly within civil infrastructure, is highly desirable, but strong customer success backgrounds from other industries are also encouraged to apply * Demonstrated success in customer success or project management roles, consistently delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships * Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support, to enhance the overall customer experience * Adaptable and creative mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions to complex challenges * Familiarity with productivity and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Intercom is preferred but not mandatory * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders * Self-motivated and driven to take initiative, ensuring customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from arenaflex's platform **What We'll Bring:** * 30 Days Holiday (not including bank holidays) * A flexible working environment * Experienced, driven, fun, and friendly team with a wealth of knowledge to share * Freedom and responsibility from day 1 to forge your own path * A brand spanking new Mac and a WFH budget to set up your own space just how you like it * £500 per year personal training budget * Regular in-person work and social events * Dog-friendly office **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
