Our international team of over 350 people from more than 60 different nationalities is based in the heart of sunny Barcelona, and we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard and valued. **About the Role** As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers get the most out of our platform. You'll take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding them through the account and connections set-up process, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals. With your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll help drive adoption of our suite of products and services, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. **Key Responsibilities** * Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up the arenaflex account, connections, and training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian. * Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey. * Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilization of arenaflex. * Analyze the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of arenaflex's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells. * Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team. * Work together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers. **What Makes You a Great Fit?** * 1+ year of experience as an account manager/onboarding in a high-growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree. * Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software. * Native or near-native level of English and Italian. * Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner. * Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way. * Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented. * Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment. * Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred. **Additional Information** * **Why you'll love us:** You'll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
