Our mission is to empower developers to build, deploy, and manage applications with ease, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve this vision. **The Role** As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll work closely with customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania to assess their platform and infrastructure needs. You'll design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools. This is a remote-first role with a global remit, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse team of experts. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs * Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools * Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) * Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi * Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement to customers * Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures to customers and stakeholders * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve our offerings * Represent arenaflex at industry events and community meetups **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering * Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging * Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi) * Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security) * Strong communication and customer-facing skills * Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel **Why Join arenaflex?** * Be part of the future of platform engineering * Work remotely with a global, diverse team * Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth company * Help shape a cutting-edge product used by leading enterprises * A culture of transparency, inclusion, and collaboration **Our Hiring Process** We value your time and keep our hiring process fast and transparent.
