As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Increasing agency retention and client loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution * Generating referrals and cross-sale opportunities for our sales team, driving business growth and revenue * Setting appointments and conducting coverage reviews for our current clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions * Answering billing questions, assisting with claims, and resolving customer service concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner **Work Schedule** Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. You'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance, with no need for nights or weekends. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on your experience, training level, and ability to deliver exceptional results.
