They are seeking a motivated Junior Transaction Coordinator to support the transaction process from intake to close while learning the business and growing within the team. Responsibilities Support the transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing Assist as a point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the process Learn how to review and structure deals involving fractional home equity sales Help collect and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Work closely with the operations team to close transactions Identify potential issues and escalate them to keep files on track Maintain organization across files and support pipeline tracking to ensure closing timelines are met Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Excellent communication and willingness to work with clients and internal teams Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude Demonstrate a high level of adaptability Experience in mortgage, real estate, finance, or a related field (or a strong interest in the industry) Exposure to loan origination, processing, or customer-facing/customer service roles Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life & disability insurance 10 personal/sick days per year (available immediately) 3 weeks vacation per year (accrued per pay period) 401(k) Company Overview Beeline is a developer of a digital home loan lending platform intended to simplify the process of financing.
