Volo Sports is a leading social sports company that brings people together through adult leagues, tournaments, events, and experiences designed to spark real connection through sport. They are seeking a Social Content Creator & Junior Designer to help bring the Volo brand to life across social media, marketing campaigns, and community storytelling. Responsibilities Create content for Volo's social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms Design quick-turn graphics, social posts, and marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop Identify and participate in relevant social trends, memes, and cultural moments that resonate with Volo's community Capture and edit authentic content from leagues, events, activations, and community experiences Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives with engaging visual and social-first creative Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity Turn everyday Volo moments — games, friendships, celebrations, and city culture — into compelling digital storytelling Assist with photo selects, light graphic design needs, and social-first brand asset creation Help bring creative ideas to life quickly, with a strong balance of taste, speed, and cultural relevance Skills 1–3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, social media, or a related field Experience creating TikTok, YouTube or Instagram Reels/Shorts content with short-form video editing experience Comfortable designing quickly in Canva, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and platform behavior A content creator mindset — you naturally think in posts, clips, hooks, and moments Demonstrated graphic design sensibility, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling Ability to move quickly and produce a high volume of content without losing quality Strong visual taste and attention to detail Interest in sports, community, and social experiences Self-starter who enjoys experimenting, testing ideas, and learning quickly Experience working with lifestyle, sports, or community-driven brands Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or content performance measurement Experience coordinating freelancers, creators, or outside content partners Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Plan Paid time off and holidays Paid Parental Leave Employee discounts on Volo Sports programs and events Annual Company Events Company Overview Volo Sports offers access to a range of sports, fitness, tournaments, social activities, and virtual events for adults above 21 of age.
