About the role A 15-month Max-Term contract opportunity to join the Perpetual Corporate Trust People & Culture team in a critical enablement role. This position plays a central role in supporting PCT’s leaders and employees by providing practical, timely and commercial people advice, while contributing across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering and Learning as part of a true one‑team model. As part of our team, you will; Provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, job changes, performance management, compensation and offboarding Deliver end‑to‑end HR operations support, including maintaining accurate HR records, employee files, background checks and visa administration Support leaders to effectively use Workday, including reviewing data quality and enabling self‑service reporting Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, acting as a People & Culture subject matter expert and enabler Contribute to continuous improvement of people processes, policies, systems and communications Support the delivery of employee experience, learning and engagement initiatives across PCT About you We’re looking for someone with: Qualifications in HR, TAFE or a related discipline (preferred) A strong customer service mindset with a focus on practical, high‑quality outcomes Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks based on business impact High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills Sound understanding of HR policies, processes and relevant employment legislation Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is advantageous How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
