SUMMARY Responsible for meeting individual revenue goals through the effective solicitation and servicing of the Microsoft account. Conducts on-site technical risk assessments for Microsoft data centers located in various global locations to ensure structural designs and safety protocols comply with local safety requirements, risk management standards and industry practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver property conservation and casualty mitigation webinars. Provide client training on a broad base of risk and safety topics. Develop risk and safety programs. Perform analytics and technical writing. Conduct client research as requested. Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information). Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering or equivalent combination of education or experience Ten (10) or more years of related work experience within the insurance industry Driver License, Valid and in State with acceptable driving record SKILLS Knowledge of basic building and fire codes as well as OSHA and other regulatory standards such as National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Proficient in Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills Advanced analytical skills Excellent leadership, problem solving and time management skills Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees’ needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
